How to Create a New Lead in Futex CRM

Follow these steps to create a lead using the New Lead form:

Step 1: Open the Leads Module

Navigate to Leads → New Lead from the main menu to access the lead creation screen.

Step 2: Enter Client Information

Fill in the basic client details:

  • Client Name – Name of the individual or business

  • Email – Primary contact email

  • Mobile Number – Client contact number with country code

Step 3: Select Lead Type

Choose the appropriate Lead Type to categorize the lead (e.g. Sales Inquiry, Support Request, Marketing Lead).

Step 4: Add Lead Title and Date

  • Lead Title helps identify the opportunity clearly

  • Date records when the lead was created or received

Step 5: Assign Campaign (Optional)

If the lead is generated from a marketing activity, select the relevant Campaign to track performance.

Step 6: Save the Lead

Click Save to store the lead in the system. The lead will now appear in the Leads list for further action.
