Shifts

The Shifts module allows administrators to define and manage employee working shifts within the system. It includes creating shift types (morning, evening, night), defining start and end times, setting break durations, and assigning shifts to employees, departments, or branches. The system supports fixed, rotating, and flexible shift patterns to meet organizational requirements. Shifts are directly integrated with attendance and leave modules, ensuring accurate time tracking, overtime calculation, and workforce management. This helps improve operational efficiency, reduce scheduling conflicts, and maintain consistent attendance records.
